I met Francine at work. We were both very big flirts at the office. One day she gave me her portrait photo with an over print saying "Who Loves You, Baby?" The flirting continued for a long while after this. One fine summer day when I was on French language training downtown, Francine arrived at my class and hauled me out for an afternoon and evening of fun. After this we began dating and growing together as a couple. We discovered that we had a lot in common, we had many of the same interests, and that we enjoyed being together. It was meant to be!
We spent years going back and forth between my home and Francine's wonderful apartment. After a while we realized we couldn't stand being apart and in 2010 we moved together into a beautiful new home. We spent the year before moving in designing the look and selecting the fixtures and furnishings together...so it definitely has our stamp on it. After two years in the new home I asked her to marry me. We are now sharing in the excitement of planning our awesome beach wedding in Aruba. |
